What are the operating hours of the Saigon River Sightseeing boat?
The train operates daily from 4 PM to 11 PM, including the trips at 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, 10 PM, and 11 PM.
How long does each trip last?
The duration of each trip is 45 minutes.

How much are the tickets and what types of tickets are available?
Currently, Saigon WaterGo offers 3 types of tickets:
- Cabin class ticket: 134,000 VND (children) | 179,000 VND (adults)
- River class ticket: 179,000 VND (children) | 239,000 VND (adults)
- Sky class ticket: 254,000 VND (children) | 339,000 VND (adults)
"On the train, is there food and drink service?"
"On the train, only beverages are served for Sky class passengers."
"What types of beverages are available on the ship?"
Including: Coca-Cola, Sprite, mineral water, fresh coconut.

The route will pass through the following points: Bach Dang Pier -> Thu Ngu Flagpole -> Nha Rong Wharf -> Ben Nghe Port -> Sunflower Park -> Ba Son Bridge -> LandMark 81.
"Is there any stopping point?"
The boat will cruise along the river for 45 minutes without stopping at any point.

The famous landmarks the train will pass by include: Bitexco Financial Tower, Landmark 81,...
"Are ships safe for children and the elderly?"
"The ship is designed to be safe for both children and the elderly."
"Are there regulations regarding attire when boarding the ship?"
"There are no dress code regulations for passengers boarding the ship."

"You are not allowed to bring pets on board."

"Do not change or refund tickets once they have been successfully booked. Exceptions may be made for weather-related circumstances, with priority given to rescheduling passengers onto the next available flight."
