Please bring the confirmation email containing the transaction code to exchange for tickets at the registered water bus station at least 20 minutes before departure for convenience. When picking up tickets at the ticket counter, Saigon Watergo staff will check the information against the identification documents provided to prove eligibility to collect tickets. Customers need to present one of the following valid photo identification documents: ID card, passport, driver’s license, student card, and birth certificate (if purchasing tickets for children). Pre-booked tickets from the Saigon Watergo website will be held separately for customers until the ticket issuance deadline. If customers do not pick up and pay for tickets within the specified time, the system will automatically lock the customer’s ticket booking, and the customer will not be able to collect the tickets.
